At The Knights Armoury, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are fully equipped for your athletic journey. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, we are committed to making it right through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive an automated Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all protective tags and specialized padding are intact and secured.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master technicians verify the condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
